Plastic injection for plastic parts

All pastic parts such as motor housings, rear covers, side handles, etc. are produced by ourselves with these plastic injection machines.

motors' production

All armatures and stators are produced and inspected by ourselves. We only use 200 degree high temperature tolerance copper wire.

Machining for the aluminum parts

All alu. parts are produced by ourselves.

Machining for the spindles

Finish machinings for the spindles are done by oursleves for better accuracy.

Assembly for the tools

As the photo shown, the last worker of the assembly line is in charge of the first time quality checking.
